GZ系列电磁振动给料机
GZ Series of Electro-magnetic Vibrating Feeder
1、用途(Usage)
电磁振动给料机可以广泛地使用在冶金、煤炭、电力、机械、化工、建材、轻工和粮食等工矿企业中。用于把块状、颗粒状、粉状物料从贮料仓或漏斗中定量均匀连续地给到受料装置中去。
Electro-magnetic vibrating feeders can be widely used in metal-working, coal, electricity, machinery, chemical, building material, light industry, cereals, and many other industries to evenly and continuously feed lump, grain, or powder materials from hopper to receiver at fixed rate.
2、特点(Characters)
(1)采用半波整流控制线路,可在额定产量内无级调节给料量。
(2)可根据用户要求,提供自动稳幅控制系统,给料机振幅波动≤±3%。配套微机控制箱可实现智能化给料,稳定性高。
(3)结构简单,重量轻,不需要润滑,维修方便。
(4)由于采用近共振原理,故能耗低。物料在槽内呈微抛运动,料槽磨损小。
(1)SCR half-wave rectifying circuit is used, and feed volume of machine may be steplessly adjusted within rated capacity.
(2)Auto amplitude-stabilizing control system may be offered according to customers’ requirements. Maximal amplitude fluctuation of feeder is ±3%. If microcomputer control-box is equipped with machine, material feeding can be automatically controlled, and stability will be highly improved.
(3)Whole machine is simple-structured, light, easy for maintenance, and no need to lubricate.
(4)Due to similar resonance principle, energy-consumption of machine is very low. In addition, material in trough makes micro parabolic movement, and wear to trough is very small.
